Paul Milligan started building cabinetry in 1987 in the city of Richmond, VA with a company called Ecos Custom Interiors. He developed his skills and knowledge with many companies, including Dayton Showcase, Allen Display, Kemmerer Manufacturing just to name a few. 

With more than a decade of commercial and residential experience, he decided to open his own cabinet company in the outlying counties around the Richmond area. Things went well for Paul and Milligan Custom Cabinetry until the economic downturn of '08 & '09 as work started to dwindle.

Paul and Rachel decided on an all-in investment in the Richmond market. They scraped together what little resources they had, borrowed money from family, and secured the opening booth at the Richmond Home & Garden Show in downtown Richmond, VA. 

Well, that's where Paul and Milligan Custom Cabinetry was granted a new beginning. The Richmond area welcomed Paul and Rachel as if they were old friends. For the past eleven years, we have been continuing to participate in the Richmond home show market, offering Richmond, the surrounding counties, and the entire state of Virginia an alternative to box and semi-custom cabinetry.
